In celebration of GNOFHAC’s 25th anniversary, you are invited to the Fit for a King Cocktail Reception! Join us for an evening of live music, specialty cocktails, hors d’oeuvres catered by DivaDawg, and a chance to meet Isabel Wilkerson, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and author of The New York Times bestseller The Warmth of Other Suns.
Act fast for a discounted ticket to the reception for just $35! Ticket prices will go up Dec. 1st, so don’t wait!
The reception will be held the evening before the summit, Wednesday, January 15, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at the Ogden Museum of Southern Art (925 Camp St. in New Orleans). Get your tickets while they last!
All funds raised will support GNOFHAC’s work to end housing discrimination across Louisiana, so please give generously.
The Fit for a King Fair Housing Summit will be held on Thursday, January 16th at the New Orleans Jazz Market (1436 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd). This year’s summit, Geographies of Change: 25 Years of Fair Housing Advocacy, will feature a keynote address from Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Isabel Wilkerson. The summit will include panels and workshops featuring housing rights advocates, educators, community leaders, and more, as we celebrate 25 years of fair housing advocacy and continue to build the movement for housing justice.
Fit for a King is always free and open to the public, but please register today so we have an accurate count for lunch.
