St. Roch Market is delighted to announce its newest vendor, Coalesce Goods. This local dining concept specializes in creative, indulgent vegan fare. Chefs Alex and Jas have established a cult following hosting local pop-ups that push the boundaries of plant-based foods. Their menu includes options like vegan boudin balls, “Chick’n” and waffles, raw plant-based “cheesecake” and even donuts. Coalesce Goods’ mission is to share love through sustainable foods that not only taste good, but make you feel good too. Coalesce Goods will open at the St. Roch Market on February 12, 2021.

Texas native Alex is a certified yoga instructor from a long line of
southern cooks. During her teacher training in Bali, she explored the healing properties of sustainable and flavorful food. She is passionate about making her favorite foods vegan.
Chef Jas is an Army veteran who spent 5 years serving our country feeding the troops. She got her culinary degree from the Art Institute of Houston before moving to New Orleans to help open True Foods and Zea’s rotisserie locations.
