Bourbon Street, New Orleans | 72-year-old French Quarter performer back on Bourbon Street after beating COVID-19

NEW ORLEANS — A 72-year-old French Quarter performer is on the road to recovery after she tested positive for COVID-19 in late March.

Marie Francois said it was one of the hardest things she’s been through. At one point, she said she didn’t think she was going to beat the virus.
