Bar Marilou is designed in partnership with renowned design firm Studio Shamshiri, which has been featured on the AD100 list and Elle Décor’s A List. The vibrant coral and red walls are accented with pink floral wallpaper, mirrors and oil paintings, and half of the bar is entirely covered in wall-to-wall bookshelves with books ranging in genre and edition, paying homage to the history of the space. Through a revolving bookcase door, hotel guests are able to access Bar Marilou’s private 12-seat Salon, exclusively for hotel guest use.
